According to the Department of Transportation, there is no more effective safety device than a seat belt or a child safety seat. GEICO urges all young artists, computer artists and videographers to creatively spread the message that safety belts save lives.
Each fall, GEICO invites students across the country to use their imagination to film, design, draw, paint, color or cut and paste an original picture and message emphasizing the importance of using safety belts. Computer-generated art is also encouraged.
